‘Strength’ and ‘affirmation’ cards are used by therapists to improve a child’s self-esteem & awareness of their strengths. Each box contains suggestions of how they can be used with young people. Each of the 24 cards (displayed above) is printed on fine art 310gsm paper and measures approximately 6.2 x 4.25 cm and are presented in a black tin box.
